- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Shipping

· Processing Time
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. We ship with Australia Post only and we will pack your items carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged. Usually within 1-2 business days. We do sometimes see delays if we have large back orders come in. 

· Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

· Single Card Orders
Single card orders can be sent for $2.95 Standard Post (not tracked), orders over $20 with tracking or $6.95 Express Post (tracked)

· All single cards will be packed in a hard sleeve then sealed.

· Pre-Order Items
If your cart contains any pre-order items, the entire order will be sent when all items are in stock.
The manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date, apologies in advance for any delays this may cause.

· Express Post Delivery Times
If you 're within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should arrive the next business day. Delivery can sometimes take up to 3 business days elsewhere

Due to chargebacks taking place with some orders we reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged by Shopify as potentially fraudulent.

If there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Anything outside of that time cannot be fixed. 

Red Hand Gaming allows you to pre order items before they are available in store. 

As product release dates keep changing, please check the pre-order product's page for the most up to date information on ETA as we receive it. 

Please review our pre-order policy before proceeding with placing a pre-order. By placing your order, you acknowledge & agree to these terms. 

- If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching.

- The release date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays and supplier shortages. You acknowledge that delivery times may be delayed due to an item being delayed. 

- Please place separate orders unless you are happy to wait for the entire order to be in stock regardless of any delays. 

- If you have placed an order and require separate postage due to a delay or mistake, please contact us to arrange.

-  If an order is severely impacted by a delay, we will inform you and you will have the option for a full refund. 

CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER

- We offer a 3 day grace period if you change your mind. You may cancel your order without penalty within that time. 

- If you would like your pre-order cancelled outside the 3 day grace period, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the total item value. 

Please order carefully. We don't usually offer refunds if you simply change your mind or order the wrong item. Trading card products cannot be returned. 

If you are eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Our refund policy lasts 7 days for goods that are either faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. An approved return for change of mind will need to be returned at your expense. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There is no return available for any Red Hand Packs, Mystery Boxes, or any other item which involves some element of chance in its purchase.
